To backup blog posts from previous hosting:
If you have your domain already hosted at Blogger.com, please take a back up as follows:
First, please go to your blogger dashboard - > setting - > export blog and download your blog posts backup as xml file.
If you are already using self-hosted WordPress.org software with another web host, please take a back up as follows:
Go to Dashboard - > Tools -> Export and download the backup file in xml format.
