use Google XML sitemap generator plugin
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-sitemap-generator/
You can search for this plugin and install from
/wp-admin/plugin-install.php (Plugins-> Add new from your WordPress dashboard)
Whenever i give /wp-admin/ links please remember to add your site URL before that. so /wp-admin/plugin-install.php means

hello i used this plugin,it runs on my google webmaster and status shown ok, but when i removed my wordpress theme local to (Lemming 1.01 by TechLemming)then after my sitemap status in google webmaster shows error (red cross sign in front of my sitemap submited) and i changed my many themes but sitemap error showing again after it deactivated my sitemap and remove from my wordpress blog and from google webmaster and i again install http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-sitemap-generator/ and again showing error in google webmaster. it is showing it's position in google webmaster but red cross sign show and again i resubmited many times but again showing error and i want to know that changing theme affect the search engine ranking of my wordpress blog. and i used permalink is CUSTOM structure << /%postname%/

changing theme may / can affect SEO based on it's SEO friendly design. But it should not have any effect on the sitemap.

I want to know in Xml sitemap plugin i have to enable both (write a normal xml file (your filename)) and (write a gzipped file ( your filename +.gz))
and 1 more question feedburner feedsmith is not in wordpress.org, iam using flare smith plugin for feed it is ok or not.

for better guidance for using this plugin.
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/feedflare/ has a different purpose than feedsmith. not all plugins will be in wordpress.org . you may need to use some plugins outside it too.
Download the .zip file for feedsmith from
http://feedburner.google.com/fb/static/feedburner_feedsmith_plugin_2.3.zip
Then go to http://www.yogaforweightloss.net/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=upload
and upload the zip file (no need to unzip)
