and can i make many profiles of same domain point different locations in google analytics

Hi Jagan,
No need to add robots.txt , if you want to allow robots. All robots are allowed by default.
To upload a robots.txt file, use a FTP software like Filezilla and upload it to the /public_html/ folder

means no need to add robots.txt in website diretories or folder
and i want to know about google analytics that i point my domain to http://www.mba4india.co.cc to canada during adding new profile or domain to google analytics then i can add same http://www.mba4india.co.cc to india country in same google analytics account means two profile of same domain but each for different country.

You don't need to add robots.txt if you want all engines to access all pages. If you need to block some pages, you can try robots.txt
You can also try Robots Meta plugin. Please be careful with its settings.

yes, you can create a new profile with another but I don't understand the need for it. If you want, you can just edit the existing profile and change the location
